AML Policy

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

This Anti-Money Laundering Policy explains the standards used by Rust Skins (“Rust Skins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with the website rustskins.us.com (the “Site”) and related services. We are committed to maintaining a platform that is not used for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, unlawful transfers of value, or other prohibited activity.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to describe the measures Rust Skins may apply to detect, prevent, and respond to suspicious, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we may review account activity, investigate unusual behavior, and take protective action when necessary.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all users, visitors, account holders, transactions, virtual balances, redemptions, withdrawals, payments, promotional activity, and any interaction with Rust Skins through the Site. It also applies to any third party acting on behalf of a user.

3. Risk-Based Compliance Approach

Rust Skins applies a risk-based approach to compliance. This means we may evaluate accounts and activity using automated tools, manual reviews, internal controls, and transaction monitoring procedures designed to identify higher-risk behavior.

Factors we may consider include, without limitation:

  • account age, usage patterns, and consistency of activity;
  • frequency, size, and timing of deposits, withdrawals, or redemptions;
  • use of multiple accounts, devices, payment methods, IP addresses, or identities;
  • geographic indicators and access from restricted or high-risk locations;
  • links to chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud signals, or abuse reports;
  • any behavior suggesting attempted concealment, circumvention, or misuse of the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use Rust Skins for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • using the Site to disguise the origin of funds or transfer value on behalf of another person;
  • engaging in money laundering, structuring, layering, terrorist financing, or similar unlawful activity;
  • using stolen payment instruments, unauthorized accounts, or fraudulently obtained assets;
  • creating or controlling multiple accounts to bypass limits, reviews, restrictions, or bans;
  • providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fabricated identity or transaction information;
  • attempting to manipulate platform systems, promotions, balances, pricing, or redemption processes;
  • using bots, scripts, automation, VPNs, proxies, emulators, or masking tools to conceal risk indicators where prohibited by our rules;
  • acting on behalf of sanctioned persons, blocked parties, or individuals located in restricted jurisdictions.

5. Identity Verification and KYC Checks

To protect the Site and its users, Rust Skins may require identity verification or enhanced review at any time. We may request information or documentation needed to confirm a user’s identity, ownership of payment methods, source of funds, transaction purpose, age eligibility, or account control.

Verification measures may include requests for:

  • full legal name and date of birth;
  • country or region of residence;
  • government-issued identification;
  • proof of payment method ownership;
  • supporting information related to specific transactions or account activity;
  • additional compliance documentation where heightened risk is identified.

Failure to complete requested verification in a timely and satisfactory manner may result in account limitations, suspension, delayed processing, or permanent closure.

6. Transaction Monitoring

We may review transactions before, during, or after processing. Rust Skins reserves the right to delay, reject, reverse, hold, cancel, or restrict any transaction where we believe additional review is appropriate.

Monitoring may be triggered by, for example:

  • unusually large or rapid transaction volume;
  • patterns inconsistent with normal recreational or expected user behavior;
  • repeated attempts to redeem, withdraw, or move value shortly after deposit or account creation;
  • links to previously flagged accounts, devices, payment instruments, or network identifiers;
  • activity that suggests fraud, abuse, collusion, evasion, or third-party account access.

7. Sanctions and Restricted Use

Rust Skins may prohibit access from certain persons, entities, or jurisdictions where required by law, risk controls, contractual obligations, or internal compliance standards. We may screen users, transactions, and related data against applicable sanctions or watchlist information, and we may block or terminate access where appropriate.

8. Source of Funds and Source of Wealth Review

Where warranted by transaction size, redemption behavior, repeated platform use, or other risk indicators, Rust Skins may request information regarding the source of funds or source of wealth connected to an account. Users may be asked to provide reasonable supporting evidence showing that activity on the Site is lawful and legitimate.

9. Holds, Restrictions, and Account Actions

If Rust Skins identifies suspicious or non-compliant activity, we may take action without prior notice where permitted, including by placing an account under review or limiting certain functions.

Possible actions include:

  • temporary or permanent account suspension;
  • transaction delays, reversals, or cancellation;
  • freezing or withholding balances while a review is underway;
  • refusal to process deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or promotional benefits;
  • closure of one or more related accounts;
  • reporting or disclosure to payment partners, service providers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.

10. Recordkeeping

Rust Skins may retain records relating to accounts, transactions, device information, payment activity, communications, verification materials, and internal reviews for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, security, operational, and dispute-resolution requirements.

11. Cooperation With Authorities and Service Providers

We may cooperate with financial institutions, payment processors, fraud-prevention vendors, analytics providers, legal advisors, and competent authorities in connection with fraud prevention, compliance reviews, law enforcement requests, chargeback defense, or suspected unlawful conduct.

12. User Responsibilities

By using Rust Skins, you agree that you will:

  • provide accurate and current information when requested;
  • use only payment methods and accounts that you are authorized to use;
  • not act on behalf of another individual unless expressly permitted by us;
  • promptly respond to legitimate compliance or verification requests;
  • not attempt to evade monitoring, reviews, or account controls.

13. No Circumvention

Any attempt to avoid security procedures, verification measures, transaction checks, redemption limits, geographic controls, or other compliance mechanisms may itself be treated as a violation of this Policy.

14. Relationship to Other Policies

This AML Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other rules, procedures, or promotional terms published on the Site. If there is a conflict between this Policy and platform abuse rules, Rust Skins may interpret and apply them in the manner that best protects the Site, its users, and its compliance obligations.

15. Policy Updates

Rust Skins may revise this AML Policy at any time to reflect legal developments, product changes, evolving risk controls, or operational requirements. The updated version becomes effective once posted on rustskins.us.com, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
