You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated. You may request account closure by emailing us. If your account is closed, you may lose access to platform benefits, balances, and unredeemed prizes, subject to applicable law and our internal review procedures.

4. Account Use Is Personal and Non-Transferable

Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, transferred, assigned, or used by any other person. You must not allow a third party, including a minor, to access or use your account. You remain responsible for any use of your account until you notify us that your login credentials may have been compromised.

5. Wallet, Virtual Credits, and Purchases

The platform may display a wallet balance or virtual credits for gameplay or promotional use. Credits labeled with a “$” sign, Gold Coins, and similar virtual units are promotional or entertainment-based digital values only, unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not represent a bank deposit, stored value account, or real-money balance.

Gold Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Gem-related participation and redemption opportunities are governed by these Terms, the applicable feature rules, and local law.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not operate as a bank or payment institution and are not responsible for third-party payment processing systems, their delays, or their policies.

Except where required by law, we do not issue refunds for delivered digital products, promotional credits, or completed virtual transactions.

6. Device, Browser, and Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, software, and internet connection are compatible with the platform. We may stop supporting older browsers or technical environments at any time. We are not responsible for your connectivity costs, mobile charges, or equipment issues.

7. Play Mode, Gem Mode, Contests, and Features

rustskins.us.com may offer promotional gameplay, contests, case battles, upgrader features, rain rewards, sweepstakes-style mechanics, or similar entertainment features. Rules may differ by mode. You are responsible for reviewing the rules for each feature before participating.

Play Mode

• Play Mode uses Gold Coins.
• Gold Coins may be obtained through purchases, login rewards, promotions, or gameplay outcomes.
• Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

Gem Mode

• Gem Mode uses Gems.
• Gems cannot be purchased directly unless expressly stated otherwise in a lawful promotion structure.
• Gems may be available through promotional distributions, bonuses, alternative free entry methods, or other approved methods published on the platform.
• Only eligible Gem Mode participation may allow redemption opportunities, subject to verification, jurisdiction, and feature-specific terms.

General Rules for Modes and Contests

• You must have an active account and meet all eligibility requirements.
• You must have sufficient Gold Coins or Gems, as applicable, before joining a feature.
• Entries or plays accepted by the system generally cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• We may void or reverse outcomes affected by technical errors, display errors, misprints, pricing issues, or integrity concerns.

Free Alternative Method of Entry

Verified users may qualify for a free alternative method of entry where described on the platform. For example, a user may submit a compliant postcard request by U.S. mail to the address specified by rustskins.us.com together with the information and exact wording required in the relevant feature rules. Non-compliant, incomplete, duplicate, or prohibited-state submissions may be rejected.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable rules, only one request may be processed per envelope, all information must match the account on file, and requests must be sent through U.S. Mail. Processing timelines are estimates only.

Special Features

We may also offer features such as case battles, upgrader mechanics, rain distributions, raffles, or other promotional gameplay. The exact operation, rewards, and entry requirements for those features may change at any time and are governed by the rules displayed on the platform at the time of participation.

In New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for a prize won on any one spin or play is limited to $5,000. Any higher value may be reduced to that maximum where required.

8. Results, Outcomes, and Winners

All results are determined by the systems, game logic, and records maintained by rustskins.us.com. We reserve the right to investigate, correct, reverse, or invalidate outcomes affected by error, abuse, fraud, collusion, technical malfunction, non-compliance, or other integrity concerns.

9. Prizes

Prizes may be offered in different forms depending on the feature or promotion. Prize details, restrictions, and redemption conditions will be described in the applicable rules or interface. We may substitute, modify, delay, limit, or revoke a prize where necessary to comply with law, platform rules, verification requirements, stock constraints, fraud prevention, or operational needs.

If a prize or value is mistakenly credited to your account, that value remains our property until properly confirmed and may be removed or reversed. If you redeemed or used such value before the mistake was identified, you may owe that amount back to us.

10. Eligibility Affidavits and Taxes

Before receiving certain prizes, you may be required to complete and return eligibility declarations, releases, tax forms, identity verification materials, or similar documents within the deadline we specify. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or government charges associated with your participation, receipt of prizes, or redemptions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, posed a risk to the platform, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if suspension is required for legal, regulatory, technical, or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to access and use rustskins.us.com ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.

17. Brand and Item Affiliation Disclaimer

18. Wallet Disclaimer

19. Returns and Refunds

20. Interface and Display Errors

21. Bots, Trade Offers, and Steam Requirements

For example, Steam Guard may need to be active for a minimum period before trade completion. Delays caused by those requirements do not create a refund right unless required by law.

22. VOIP Policy

23. Governing Law

29. Service Changes and Maintenance

We may perform maintenance, patch systems, suspend access, change features, discontinue tools, modify game mechanics, or restrict parts of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability, maintenance downtime, or service interruption.

30. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except for qualifying small claims matters or requests for injunctive relief.

You waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against rustskins.us.com. Arbitration, where applicable, will be conducted before a single arbitrator under the relevant rules identified by the Company at the time of the dispute, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Where arbitration is not enforceable or not required, the courts located in Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

31. Redemption Rules

Only eligible prizes or prize-linked values may be redeemed where permitted. Deposits themselves are not redeemable. We may require playthrough, eligibility verification, KYC, anti-fraud review, source-of-funds checks, transaction screening, or additional documentation before processing redemptions. Redemptions may only be made to the verified user and not to third parties.

32. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rustskins.us.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific rules incorporated by reference, form the complete agreement between you and rustskins.us.com regarding the subject matter they cover.
